All students are invited to enter the Massachusetts School Library Association's Annual Bookmark Contest
Design a bookmark using this year’s theme
"I'm Wild About My School Library"
Bookmark must be designed and submitted on original MSLA form (available in the HRHS Library) and artwork must be ORIGINAL – No computer images; no characters from books, TV, movies or comics. Be sure all words are spelled correctly!
Entries must be submitted to Mrs. Belanger with a parent or guardian’s signature by February 10th.
Three winners will be chosen from the school and their designs will be sent on to the statewide contest.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three designs from students at HRHS. Winners of the statewide contest receive the following prizes:
- 500 printed bookmarks of the winning design
- A gift certificate to a local bookstore
- A framed award certificate
- An invitation to the MSLA awards ceremony at the State House in March or April
- A tour of the State House on the day of the awards ceremony
